What we would tell you in the studio
- Neck and collar. The mock neck stands upright on the neckband. It keeps out cold drafts while leaving enough room at the front to avoid feeling restrictive during all-day wear.
- Tunic length hem. The hem drops well below the hip line with open side splits. These vents let the long knit move freely when you sit, walk, or pull your hands into your pockets.
- Straight long sleeves. We gave this sweater full-length sleeves finished with ribbing at the wrists. The cuffs stay put when pushed up your forearms, holding their shape through repeated wear.
- Care and drying. Wash this sweater in cold water on a gentle cycle or by hand in a basin. Reshape the damp knit and lay it flat on a dry towel to preserve the stitch structure.
