What we would tell you in the studio
- Wide foldover neck. The open neckline folds over along the collar line and rests wide across the collarbones. You can pull it down over both shoulders or leave one side higher depending on how you arrange the knit.
- Batwing sleeve line. A deep armhole transitions into a long sleeve that narrows toward the wrist. The cuff holds its shape against the forearm so you can push the sleeves up without losing the loose volume through the upper arm.
- Roomy body cut. We shaped the torso with generous width so the fabric hangs straight down rather than pulling tight against the midsection. The lower hem falls around the hip and leaves room for denim or soft knit trousers.
- Yarn and washing. The knit yarn is soft to the touch and holds warmth for cooler days. Wash this sweater in cold water on a gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, then lay it flat on a dry towel to preserve its shape.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
