What we would tell you in the studio
- Folded collar line. The wide neckline is knitted with a folded band that can rest off one shoulder or stretch across both. It stays in place without pulling tight across the collarbone.
- Roomy batwing sleeves. The sleeves drop from a low armhole to create extra volume through the upper body. Ribbing at the wrists gathers the fabric so the length stays put when pushed up.
- Loose body drape. We knit the body with a generous cut that falls straight rather than clinging. The fabric has enough weight to drop cleanly toward the hip hemline.
- Yarn and wash care. Hand wash this yellow knit in cool water with a mild detergent and press out excess moisture between towels. Lay flat to dry on a mesh rack to keep the open neckline from stretching out.

Do
- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
- Measure a jumper you already like and compare it before you settle on a size.
