What we would tell you in the studio
- Open crochet stitch. The loose stitch pattern forms visible gaps across the body of the vest. This open gauge keeps the layer light in warm air while giving the black and white yarn clear definition.
- Adjustable tie front. Two knitted ties close the front over a deep V-neck. You can fasten them close or leave them loose, changing how wide the front panels sit over a base layer.
- Roomy sleeveless cut. The body is cut wide with deep arm openings that do not bind. It falls straight from the shoulders to clear the hips without clinging to your trousers or swimsuits beneath.
- Hand wash care. Submerge the knit in cool water with a mild detergent and press out the moisture gently with a towel. Lay it flat on a drying rack so the open stitches keep their original shape.

- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
