What we would tell you in the studio
- Open crochet stitch. The open gauge crochet creates a light, ventilated grid across the body. The cotton and acrylic blend keeps the yarn soft against bare skin while holding the shape of each loop.
- Tie front closure. Self-knit ties close the front of the deep V-neckline. You can knot them tight or leave them loose to change how the front panels fall against your base layer.
- Sleeveless cut. Dropped armholes leave the sides open and unrestrictive. The vest hangs away from the torso, giving you room over swimsuits, tank tops, or lightweight linen shirts.
- Care and washing. Hand wash this open knit in cool water to protect the crochet structure. Squeeze out excess water gently without wringing, then dry the vest flat on a clean towel.
