What we would tell you in the studio
- Yarn and feel. The knit has a smooth, medium-weight hand with enough body to hold its shape. It sits soft against bare skin without feeling heavy under a coat.
- Crewneck and buttons. A tidy band finishes the round crewneck, leading down to matched buttons along the placket. You can close it to the top or leave it open over a base layer.
- Dropped shoulders. We set the shoulder seam low on the arm to give the roomy cut an easy drape. The short sleeves keep the shape light and unencumbered.
- Washing and care. Hand wash this knit in cold water to keep the stitches even. Press the water out gently and lay it flat on a dry towel away from direct heat.
